Things to do in the area
For those who wish to explore the local area in more detail, the area hosts spectacular geologic and recreational sites such as the Buckskin Gulch, The Wave, Antelope Canyon, Grand Canyon National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, and Horseshoe Bend.

Buckskin Gulch is the world's longest slot canyon. A full exploration of this area usually takes two days but you can get a taste of it by hiking in at the Wire Pass trailhead.
The Wave is a photogenic area of cross bedded sandstone and requires a permit from local BLM office.
Horseshoe Bend is a scenic and often photographed meander of the Colorado River. It's a few miles south of Page, Arizona and on Navajo Nation.
